Delivery & Returns


Shipping - Australia

All deliveries within Australia incur a flat delivery fee of $11.00.
Purchases over Aud $150 are shipped free of charge.
Your order will be processed immediately and delivered to your nominated address within 3 to 5 business days.
Please ensure that your delivery address is correct and complete including a contact telephone number.
Goods will be delivered via Australia Post parcel service.
Large and bulkier items will be delivered via TNT Express.

Shipping - International

International deliveries incur a flat delivery fee of Aud $39.00.
Purchases over Aud $250 are shipped free of charge.
Please ensure that your delivery address is correct and complete including a contact telephone number.
Goods will be shipped using International Express Post.
International orders may incur taxes and duties applied by customs in the country where the order is delivered.
Theses costs are the responsibility of the customer.


Returns Policy

 If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase or have simply changed your mind we will gladly offer you
a refund, exchange or online credit subject to the following.

  • Merchandise must be returned within 14 days with all designer tags still attached, with all packaging.
  • Merchandise must not have been worn, altered, soiled or washed.
  • Proof of purchase is accompanied with the returned merchandise.
  • Shipping costs are not refunded.
For a return or exchange you will need to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN) by requesting one by email.
Please email us at to request a RAN and include a brief reason for the return.
You will receive an email notification with your RAN which should be included with the items being returned.
When requesting an exchange (unless exchanging in store) you will need to include a pre-paid shipping bag
for us to ship you the new item.

Take care when trying on your purchases and make sure to return them in the same state you received them.
Returns that do not abide our policy will not be accepted.

Due to hygiene reasons our Returns Policy does not apply to hair pieces, earrings, underwear, swimwear or face

We do not accept responsibility for any delivery issues or lost parcels sent by customers. It is advised that customers
should securely pack their parcel and keep a record of the tracking number for your returned parcels.
Customers will need to liaise with Australia Post for any lost parcels.

Our Returns Policy does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law. If your product is not of acceptable
quality, is not fit for its purpose or is different from its description then you may be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Refunds on returned goods will be processed in the manner paid within 5 business days and we will notify you by
email when the transaction has taken place.

Returns in store

For your convenience any items purchased online by customers within Australia may be returned to our physical
store in Melbourne for exchange, an in-store credit or refund. (subject to our Returns Policy)

Final Sale items

Final sale applies to some items that have been drastically marked down for clearance. Items marked as final sale
are not eleigible for return, exchange or online credit. Items marked as final sale items are clearly marked 'Final Sale'
directly above the size selection buttons. By purchasing a final sale item you agree that it cannot be

Faulty goods

Please note that items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

If you have purchased an item with a major fault you have the right to ask for your choice of a replacement
or refund. If you have purchased an item with a minor fault, we can choose to give you a free repair instead of a
replacement or refund. If the item cannot be repaired or the same product is not available, you are entitled to a full
refund including any shipping costs.

If you would like to exchange a faulty item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product
subject to availability.
